Weird shoulder pucker

I really love the fit and fabric of this shirt, but I just can't handle the weird pucker on the shoulders. It looks like it was left on a hanger too long, but in looking closely at the seams and seeing other reviews, I see that it's just the way it's sewn. I'm super bummed because I love everything else about this shirt.
