This is the perfect upgrade from my worn out 5+ year old sports bras. For reference, I'm a 34C and ordered a medium. No weird bulging or straps digging. If you're in between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up as I think the band would have been too tight for a small.

I usually wear a Lg. In Senita bras as I have broad shoulders. I ended up exchanging for a medium as that was what available. It fits perfect! It’s the perfect balance of support and room to go over my shoulders with ease. The color is gorgeous. My teen daughter also loves hers in the large!

I'm obsessed with this bra as well! The strappy back is so cute and the it is so so comfy! I could wear it all day. It's lighter impact for me than the strappy is, but I still love the support and will get more lotus bras in the future. I stuck with my usual size, but you could probably size down for a tighter fit.
