I am 5'4", ~140 lbs and sized up to large for this item because I don't like when shorts dig into my legs (I'm usually a true medium). These still do a little bit but it helps it not roll while I'm biking or squatting. The large is comfortable in the waist and it still passes the squat test. I would recommend sizing up just for comfort!

The print is fabulous, but the bottoms did roll up a little bit during squat intensive workouts. I may opt for the 5 in. next time. Overall, great for most workouts though. Very flattering!

Ordered in my normal size - I carry all my weight in my hips and thighs so they did roll up a bit when I ran. Size up would probably be too loose in the waist. I love the peacock print, but will probably stick to baselines for running for the length
